Another new appointment
Strategic Corporate Finance, the region’s leading company acquisition and disposal specialists, are again expanding their team with the appointment of Joanna Holland as an executive.
She has joined from PKF Corporate Finance and her appointment follows an extremely busy period for Strategic during which they have completed 20 acquisitions, five disposals, four refinancing assignments, four due diligence investigations for funders and three due diligence investigations for clients since January, 2005.
Strategic’s current work schedule includes many more deals at heads of agreement stage and beyond.
