Andrew has substantial transaction experience across a wide range of industries and focuses on lead deal advisory services for Management Buy Outs, Management Buy Ins, Corporate Acquisitions and Disposals.

Prior to forming Strategic Corporate Finance, Andrew was the Corporate Finance Partner in the Sheffield office of one of the regions largest accountancy practices.

Kevan is a highly experienced lead deal advisor and focuses on Management Buy Outs, Management Buy Ins, Corporate Acquisitions, Company Disposals and Fundraising. He also has experience of fulfilling the Reporting Accountant role on Public Share Issues.

Prior to joining Strategic, Kevan started a Corporate Finance function at one of the region’s largest accountancy practices and built his specialist team to be one of the largest in South Yorkshire prior to merging his clients and team into the existing Strategic business.

John joined Strategic in February 2008 having previously been Corporate Finance Manager for four years at the Spirit Group (the largest independent managed pub group in the UK) and for the last two years at Punch Taverns plc (following its re-acquisition of Spirit Group in 2006).

A Chartered Accountant by profession, John is highly experienced in the corporate reorganisation and restructuring of group companies, corporate acquisitions and disposals, negotiating new debt and bank financing and unwinding of previous debt financing, sale and leaseback transactions and whole group disposals.
